Known limitations

• Day of week display is based on 1984, not on 2008
• Time synchronization over Internet may be broken
• Unknown implications on daylight savings time
• George Orwell not included

Operation principle

Every timezone has its own offset, given in minutes difference to GMT, stored in the registry. Figure out the rest ;)
